Very disappointed, Order 1 month ago our wedding album which should have been a Christmas gift and it still hasn't been delivered. Emailed them multiple times which resulted in a poor excuses and no replies back. I still don't know where my parcel is and waiting for it to come.

Disappointing experience. I reached out multiple times regarding a clear quality issue but never received any response. Good customer service requires at least basic communication, which unfortunately was missing. I hope the company improves how it treats its customers.

Unreliable. Ordered 2 albums (one as a backup) and 2 weeks later I still have to receive them.
These people don’t realise they sell more than printed photos on paper and they don’t seem to care.
They are based in Lithuania and probably deliver in their country. I live The Netherlands and didn’t realise they ship the products from there.
As for the quality I can’t say anything as I will get the photo-books long after the celebration I created them for.*
My efforts were in vain. Worked 1-2 hours to create the photo-book and wasted more to look at their delivery tracking information, which still say the delivery is not completed.
1 star for the album editor which is very good + *another star for the good quality of the products.
Main take away is to print locally or create these with time to spare.
Wasted 100€+ to learn this.
I managed to find a local provider in Amsterdam that printed and delivered the next day.

I ordered two large photo calenders. The web app for adding photos to the calendar was to the point, intuitive and simple to use. Once I ordered, the calendars were completed within 2 days and promptly shipped. Calendars are great-looking, thanks for the good work! My only complaint is that you don't ship to many countries and this information is not visible until you start ordering, so I ended up using a forwarding service, but I'm still a happy customer :)
