Totally brunch-tastic! I love brunch places that don't just settle for the standard eggs, bacon, toast (though don't get me wrong - I do love these!). At Gloria, how about some lobster bisque soup that is perfectly flavored to bring you warmth and spice to start the morning? After that hits the spot, how about some mini pancakes topped with sour cream and Osetra caviar? That's right, caviar for brunch!! And most importantly, everything is delectable. The 4.9 stars you see for Gloria on Google Reviews is no joke, so come early and come often before the rest of Vilnius and the world finds out how good this place is.

Our recent visit was truly unforgettable. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel instantly welcome. The starters, including the Bruschetta with parma and Chicken liver pate, were delicious and beautifully presented.
For the main course, I had the pan-fried sea bass, and I was delighted with the result. The fish was flawlessly cooked, with a crisp skin and tender, moist flesh.
The slow-cooked beef cheeks were an absolute triumph. Each bite was a melt-in-your-mouth experience, with the meat succulent and bursting with flavor. It was clear that great care and expertise had gone into preparing this dish.
We have also tried their delicious desserts.
I highly recommend Gloria for a delightful culinary adventure in Vilnius.

Went to Gloria recently for brunch, as they popped up on my Instagram feed and I was intrigued by their menu.
We ordered the fried egg with truffle mayo and prosciutto over brioche, lobster soup with rose peppercorns and shrimp, and cottage cheese pancakes with berries and sour cream.
The fried egg with prosciutto and truffle mayo was absolutely delicious - an explosion of perfectly paired flavors. I would eat this every weekend if I could.
The lobster soup was also delicious, though I would have preferred the soup to have a thicker base, as a traditional bisque would be prepared.
Unfortunately, the cottage cheese pancakes were not good. I normally love ordering this dish in Lithuania because it’s fluffy and light and pairs great with the berries, but at Gloria it was dry, overcooked, and tasted like paper.
The coffee was good and the server was nice and attentive.
With two out of three dishes delivering quality flavor, I still recommend trying this place and I’m keen to go back to sample dishes from their dinner menu.
Very much to recommend. Really great food and great hospitality.
