I have been staying here for years and the service and accommodations have never been less than perfect. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating with any requests. The dining is always consistently top notch with no disappointments and the location makes it for an ideal stay in Vilnius Old Town!

If you get the chance to stay here, do it (but only if you like luxury boutique hotels and appreciate old fashioned art and interior design). It is old but refurbished and well maintained, has lots of history and a very impressive guest list, as if you came to visit your wealthy and fun babushka who's friends with the rich and famous. It's a joy to spend time there in the various areas which are beautiful, interesting, and relaxing. The staff is tip top. Highly recommended hotel. I'm coming back. But...
...the soundproofing could be better. I stayed on the third floor and was woken many times by doors slamming from neighboring rooms. The ventilation could be better in the bathroom. Some areas are very dark and I got lost a couple of times. The pool area (also dark, is very small, but beautiful) need to be reserved in advance but has long operating times.

You're well located when you stay here. You're a small walk away from most things in old town. The rooms are beautifully decorated, old fashioned but modern at the same time. The staff couldn't do more for you either. Quite expensive here, but definitely worth every penny.
