Žilvinas hotel: „grás“ stiklinis namelis lauke

Lots to like about this hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious with a big balcony and well furnished. Not particularly modern although there was a Samsung smart TV. Beds comfortable although the pillows weren't quite to my liking. Breakfast until 11am with a good selection and there was always plenty of everything. The service is very friendly and personal. The restaurant is possibly the best in Palanga! On first impression it seemed very dated but when I looked closely everything in the room was modern and new. The hotel has been refurbished in a style that respects the original "Brutalist" soviet style of the hotel to maintain the original character. Very unique and boutique. One downside is that there isn't an elevator, but after sitting on the (very close by) beach all day I could do with climbing a few stairs to get at least a taste of exercise!

Amazing service by Dina who manged late night reception. sorted me out with an emergency room at 4am (when another hotel in had booked with let me down). Also grateful garden with fountain and relaxed atmosphere. The place is set in a park with large restaurant terrace. My apparent could accommodate family of 4 so good value and clean (decor could do with more modern style)

Amazing hotel. Everything just hand away. Dinner at they restaurant just Spot on and Absolutely Fabulous 👌 as service too. Breakfast on other hand not even close to what it should be. Food just left on tables without refrigerator or any sort of way to keep it cold, hot buffet luke warm, service lacking training and a little tip for Hotel if you dont want to get GDPR case against your property, please do not leave unattended guest list. Reception staff very professional and pleasant too. Cant wait to be back. As you will feel so comfy and short walk from most beautiful attractions of Palanga.

Great location, rooms clean and tidy, no elevator, this was the issue. Breakfast menu very poor, we had to ask for orange juice every morning as it wasn’t there. Restaurant food and staff was amazing.

Was not honored the gift voucher they have sold. Was offered to wait a couple of months until they sort some financial disputes with the intermediary company they were working with. I cannot understand why i was denied service which has been paid for when i have nothing to do with their internal affairs and supplier relations. Stay away from such places!
