The Red Brick has a really special location. You sit a nice restaurants which is like a barn. It is really cosy and relaxing there. The service is very good, although a bit distanced. But the menu is really perfect. It is creative, tasty and special in a good way. The Cepelinai, the Taco, the Kleina and the pralines in the end were our favourites. Thank you!

The farm is just beautiful. We got the whole package — dinner, hotel, wine pairing, and (unintentionally) breakfast. We loved the accommodation — beautifully furnished rooms. It’s hard not to love the farm-to-table concept. The most disappointing part, however, was the service. If I had to describe it in one word: sloppy. We weren’t greeted and had to ask about all the services we had booked — where to check in, where and when breakfast was served, how everything worked. Most of the answers were available on the website, but it felt odd to be redirected there instead of receiving basic information in person. At the beginning of dinner, no one introduced themselves — was it a sommelier or a waiter we were talking to? It took 25 minutes to receive our initial drink, and even longer for the starter. A few times we had to ask for refills because we were just sitting there, waiting. Each time we were served, it was by a different person, and each one had to be reminded that we spoke English. Is it really that hard to coordinate when you only have a few tables? The service was strange — a mix of hipster and professional. One guy scratched his armpit and back while serving us, and moments later we were helped by someone who seemed suited for a white-tablecloth restaurant. Wine pairings weren’t available because they said the delivery didn’t arrive that morning, but we were offered an alternative. To add to the sloppiness, we were charged for the breakfast we didn’t order. No one ever told us where we were on the menu during dinner. After waiting 30 minutes following the first dessert, we asked if we were done. A staff member said yes — but we were confused because we hadn’t received three of the other desserts. Those desserts arrived later, with no explanation or communication. Food – Mostly great: creative and fun. A few dishes were just odd — to the point that I didn’t want to finish them. One example: the cepelinas. I’m not a fan of the traditional Lithuanian version, but this interpretation was just unpleasant (aside from the mushrooms). Another underwhelming dish: jautiena ir brandintas sūris. The menu lacked a clear culmination — it just felt flat. Breakfast, though, was awesome. We were glad we ended up having it, even if it was unintentional. 550 EUR / 2 people for the full experience I really wanted to like this place. But something felt very off, sadly. We read that the chef and restaurant manager are leaving Red Brick in August — it might be that we were unlucky to visit during a transition period.

Ok. First. I love that they will allow you to take the dog. So many higher end places become obsessed with themselves and lose the connection to the customer. Some VERY small things. Coat rack over hangs the door and the staff (everyone lovely and delightful) did forget a few things. The food was exquisite, we have tried every one of the top places in LT, this is the best. Far better than the famous Vilnius top 5. And although it’s owned by the same people as 1918 and 14 horses it retains a uniqueness. Some of the courses were a real sensation. Cepelinai was breathtaking in originality. The desert a bomb to clean your tastebuds. Japanese style soup was so original. The chef came and sat with us at the end of the evening and explained his thinking and journey. Fabulous host. Yes of course it’s expensive. But where else in the Europe can you experience such value. In Germany Denmark or the UK the price would be double or more. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! 👌 The food was delicious, the staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. A perfect spot for a great dining experience! One hour’s drive from Vilnius, but really worth it.
