One of the top restaurants in Vilnius. Completely refreshing outdoor atmosphere, different from Old Town. The ingredients are fresh and all the dishes are extraordinary. Peeled tomato’s that are compressed, croquettes with hidden concentration of mushrooms, and a watermelon gazpacho with cream. I could go on. Look at my pictures.

Fabrikélis is delivering food with originality of its own and through an unique and layback service style.
First and foremost, make a reservation
(It’s just necessary).
We choose to sit outside, in the garden lightened with little lights hanging by the trees .. and it was super cozy. - They do offer options inside the premises and by the balcony.
We choose the entire menu..nothing should have been left behind. Most of the bites are plated in two pieces and the menu is easily shareable by two people. Every dish was beautifully presented and carefully explained by the server … in English and Lithuanian.
Their wine list is short, but certain. Great options, curated properly for a meal or -menu choice.
You will find from bubbles to orange , rose, red, white- Classic/organic/biodynamic/natural.
Overall our experience was awesome. Service was something to highlight, after a excellent dinner we got to chat about the industry with our server.. and all the perks and good choices of meals in Vilnius… - plus, (and probably most uncommon deals)..we were gifted with a house bread loaf before we left .. just a cherry on top.
We will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

Yesterday we tried the whole menu. Food is simply amazing, with a short selection of dishes perfected in each and every detail. We enjoyed all the dishes except for the dessert.

Everything was fabulous! Better than expected. Surpsising watermelon soup, light tartar with lithuanian flavour twist, extraordinary tomato salad with tomato air bubbles, multi-layer-flavoured main course, delicate blueberry dessert ❤️ and smth else I forgot to take picture of. Probably because it was too delicious to take a picture of 😅 Staff are very caring as well and we even got a quarter of the softest bread you vould imagine, as a take away gift :)
