It was a wonderful experience! Gytis and Rokas did a nice job! Was very attentive, presented all the dishes, told the story behind each wine. The place has its strong concept. All ingredients are interesting, giving the taste of freshness and pleasure of Lithuanian products. Wish them to get Michelin star or to appear in Michelin guide. Good job!

Lovely place! We came for brunch and really enjoyed it! Staff is very friendly, witty and funny - really liked the laid back atmosphere and the way everything looks. Had to wait a bit for food, but it felt normal considering it was packed. Food was good - and looked good! Pancakes with salmon had a bit too much of salmon and caviar for my taste - but in general it cant be minus, right? 😂 Recommend for brunch - and will be back for dinner too. ✈️

I’ve booked a table for my 30th birthday with the hope of starting a festive day on a high note. I’ve informed the restaurant it’s going to be a special day for me. I was genuinely happy to choose Demo because I’ve heard a lot of great feedback. We’ve arrived at 10am on Saturday morning and the place was empty but hey, it’s a weekend and of course we didn’t mind as the restaurant just opened. They hadn’t turned on music for quite a while and the atmosphere sitting in the empty restaurant alone in silence was quite weird. We ordered our food around 10:10 and were waiting for it until 10:40 with no interaction whatsoever while other guests who came later already received their meals. We inquired our order and they told us it was going to take another 5 minutes. Then I expressed my dissatisfaction for starting a special day with such disappointment. Then they offered a complimentary drink which was a nice gesture but if they knew they had a problem with our order they should have told us about it earlier and should been more proactive or at least communicated properly, offered something to order while we were waiting for the main order to arrive. We really felt like we were on our own and no one really cared about us even when they delivered orders for others who came later much sooner. They only started reacting and doing something about our orders after we complained multiple times. We finally received our order at 11:00 which was almost 1 hour later after we ordered it. Considering the fact that the restaurant was half empty for the first 30 minutes I find it quite unacceptable. I think the service really ruined the whole experience. Our meals were great but there is a lot of room to improve the service. We’ve received a discount for our meals which was the least they could do. I did not expect anything special with regard to my birthday but at least a verbal congrats would have been nice from their side because that’s what true hospitality is. It’s little details, attention, and feeling cared for. I hope this feedback will really help the restaurant to rethink the service and place greater importance for that. We will come back for a dinner as we heard excellent feedback. Good luck!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Demoloftas, and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We were struck by the intimate and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant, which set the tone for a truly special evening. One thing that really stood out to us was the attention to detail that was put into every aspect of the meal. From the beautifully presented dishes to the personal touch of having the chef himself come out to introduce each course and guide us on a culinary journey, it was clear that this restaurant takes great pride in their craft. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease throughout the meal. And while I didn't have the chance to try their brunch, I've heard great things and will definitely be coming back to taste more of what Demoloftas has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. We can't wait to come back and enjoy it all over again.
