Wanted traditional Lithuanian food before I flew back to Ireland 🇮🇪 decided to walk from the hotel airport (12 mins) to here. VERY NICE. I seen online very big portions but I could never have finished a Cepelinai so I chose the kids menu, that was even a good portion. Two Cepelinai with all the trimmings. The restaurant itself it’s spotless clean. Really nice, cosy you can see a lot of love and thought went into this restaurant. The decor is incredible with all the fancy little touches all around, from the lights, curtains, family sitting booths, salt and pepper I found it really cute 🥰 the two waitresses working seemed very busy and despite not having incredible English they helped and tried their best. They told me before I ordered that the wait will be 10/15 minutes but I didn’t mind. It took close to 20/25 - again I never mind waiting for good food because it was worth the wait. Once food is good I’ll wait ☺️ Also girls were welcoming not rude or anything. Left me to my own device. Recommend 💯

First time visiting before getting flight from Kaunas Airport. Can't believe I didn't come before as its amazing place!
Asked for quickest food options as was running late for airport, staff helpful with choice. Used lunch deal and got soup, drink and main course for 9,50 euros! Good quality food and big potion. The best part for me was decor - about 4 different zones with different style, loads of seating options, loved strawberry plants on terrace tables and the chair swing. Been using kaunas airport for over 10 years and just now found this gem.

Biggest dumpling you can buy , called cepelinai , it is a must to try , if you are curious about cuisine of different cultures and cepelinai is definitely a national food , there are other choices too 🥳 cepelinai are for those who loves dishes made of potatoes 😋
